Wellness Terms

Scope

CoreLabTech supports documentation and interpretation of wellness sessions. Results are educational indicators derived from available sensor data, client context and configured rule-based calculations.

No medical diagnosis

Scores, trends and reports are not diagnoses, treatment recommendations, medical clearance or emergency monitoring. A wellness result must not replace professional medical assessment where it is required.

Data quality

Operators should verify the selected client, device placement, file timestamps and synchronization quality. Missing HRV, low match rate or sensor disagreement reduces interpretation confidence.

Operator responsibility

The wellness provider remains responsible for session operation, informed client acknowledgement, staff permissions, data retention and appropriate escalation when a client reports discomfort or requests medical advice.

Chamber and protocol records

Operators must select the correct chamber, wellness protocol and pressure unit. Trends for different target pressures, such as 1.3 and 1.5 ATA, are kept separate. The platform does not control the chamber and does not replace the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Accountability

Administrative actions, client exports, completed sessions and deletion requests may be recorded in an audit log. Retention periods and access rights are configured under the provider's approved data-governance policy.
