Privacy Notice

CoreLabTech processes client profile information, session check-ins, uploaded physiology timelines, calculated wellness metrics and generated reports for the purpose of delivering wellness session insights.

Data handled by the platform

Data may include client identifiers, age, sex, weight, session notes, sleep and recovery context, heart rate, HRV, SpO2, pulse, device metadata, timestamps, signal-quality information and check-in/session/recovery responses.

Purpose and access

Data is used to operate sessions, synchronize compatible files, calculate personal trends and generate client reports. Access should be limited to authorized staff of the wellness provider and the client where applicable.

Retention and client rights

The wellness provider defines and documents the applicable retention period. Authorized staff can export a client's records in a portable archive and submit a controlled deletion. Exports and deletions are recorded in the operational audit log. Data should not be retained longer than required for the agreed wellness service or an applicable legal duty.

Processor relationship

For business customers, the wellness provider will normally determine the purposes of client-data processing and CoreLabTech will process data under the documented service and data-processing agreement. The final allocation of roles must be confirmed for each deployment.
